We had previously purchased a new vehicle from Jim Norton Toyota and had a very good experience with the purchase and maintenance we received. This time was equally as good experience…probably better. I spent several months researching the model car I wanted, comparing options/extras/etc. Prior to actually visiting the dealership, I narrowed down the options I “required”/would like to have/could have cared less. I visited the dealership four times throughout the purchase process. My first visit I met Bill Baker. He wasn’t “pushy’ ( I had informed him I was only on a “hunting expedition” at that time.) He simply answered my questions and I left. I returned several days later to compare interiors. On our third visit we test drove the model of vehicle I wanted and then talked pricing. The test drive and “haggling” took MAYBE an hour and a half. We shook on a price, I signed the purchase agreement, and we picked up my vehicle four days later (I needed time to move some $$ around to make the purchase.) Actually taking possession of the car took approximately 2.5 hours including signing papers and Bill walking us through some of the “basics” , i.e. setting up the music service, pointing our features, controls, etc. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Bill Baker and Jim Norton Toyota to anyone looking for a Toyota vehicle.

Found the car I had been wanting. It’s everything I wanted and more. The salesman Jacob was amazing and made the process quick and easy. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Will definitely go back for future car needs.
