Easiest and quickest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Dealt with Frank Freer, who was very quick and up-front with his communications. This is primarily geared towards the service department here. I bought a truck here in June 2021 was pretty happy with the price I payed for my truck. I had my entire front end rebuilt by bill knight right across the street and the messed my A/C servicing multiple times, so after the 3rd time I took it to Jim Norton after being frustrated. Jim Norton hooked me up with a free rental car and my truck was fixed the next day (On a weekend too) and they billed Bill knight collision for me, without even a have to call them. I worked with Auston in the service department. He will be who I ask for every time I need anything done to my truck up there

One sick color love it...! Absolutely the best car experience buying I've ever done and I'm 53 ..! After discovering we had purchased a damaged car from a Collinsville dealership (not affiliated with Jim Norton Toyota), our anxiety levels soared. We brought our car to Jim Norton Toyota with a tight budget and significant apprehension. Our previous experience with the Collinsville dealership had been overwhelming, but from the moment we met the repair team at Jim Norton Toyota, our worries dissipated. We were welcomed warmly and treated like family. The staff thoroughly explained every process and detail, leaving us with no unanswered questions. They offered us a great rental car option, and impressively, they had already prepared and emailed the rental policy before we even inquired about it. The rental department's meticulous documentation of existing damage truly impressed us. Throughout the repair process, we received regular updates, including the names of the dedicated individuals working on our vehicle. The team guided us through the insurance claim process, coordinating seamlessly with our insurance provider to ensure we incurred no out-of-pocket expenses. This was an incredible relief for our family, especially as a college student and homeschooling mom. The repair department manager showed exceptional attention to our case. We even learned that the technician handling our repair kept a handwritten note under his keyboard to track our questions and updates, particularly as the Collinsville dealership's delays continued. When our vehicle was finally repaired, we had complete confidence in the quality of the work. Just like the initial drop-off, the pick-up process was swift, taking only 10 minutes. Moving forward, I will rely solely on Jim Norton Toyota for all my vehicle repair and purchasing needs. After buying two vehicles from them previously, I regret trying a new dealership in Collinsville. The difference in customer care is unparalleled; Jim Norton Toyota surpasses all competitors with their genuine, attentive service. He showed us about 10 cars because we were indecisive, but not once was he rude or mad. We’re so grateful and can’t wait to drive our new car around!

I am a repeat customer - and this is one example why: I purchased a Tacoma two months ago that was supposed to have been detailed on delivery after meeting with finance. It wasn’t. I drove off the lot in the truck I wanted but as though I was borrowing it from a somewhat tidy friend. 🫤 Needless to say I was disappointed. I expressed as much to my salesman, John Michael, and he did something I didn’t expect. He offered to make it right…. And he did! I just got home after picking up a detailed truck that he himself spent time removing stains off the seats. Competition is fierce and the ONLY thing separating any salesperson in any industry from our competitors is the service we provide and the way our customers feel. We’re all human and will inevitably fall short, what we do next makes all the difference. I feel satisfied and will absolutely continue to choose John Michael at Jim Norton! 🙌🏼

My first car was a Ford, the last vehicle I paid off was a Ford SVT Raptor, my grandfather worked at a Ford factory, and I thought this tradition would NEVER change until I met the folks (Kamesha) at Jim Norton Toyota! Benjamin was a great salesperson he helped get my vehicle set up after the sell. I locked both keys purse phone every thing in the new car had to call AAA luckily Benjamin had a trick up his sleeve and got me going in no time...
