They go out of their way to help, they don't try to manipulate you into what you don't need, and they are honest about all they do! This is a dealership that is run right, and is an example of what we all wish we could always expect from car dealerships and service departments! At about 1yr my keyless fob gradually went bad on vacation and after it finally went bad I tried replacing the battery and 2x... it didn't work. I explained what happened and explained the whole story- that shouldn't happen in 1 year. The rep & service manager agreed. They made it right! I love Toyota - and this is a well run dealership-I trust them!👍

Just recently bought a beautiful 2022 Camry from Jim Norton. Carl our sales guy was cool as a cucumber and Nick in finance quite literally went above and beyond to get us into payments we could afford and made it possible for me to buy a car for my wife and kids. It has been a long time since I have had actual business dealings with good people. Honestly from the bottom of my heart these were good people. Update: Been using Jim Norton for service and unfortunately collision repair. Amazing people and service Update #2: still using Jim Norton and still wouldn’t go anywhere else. Service and people are honest and kind. You can tell that the majority of Jim Nortons clientele are upper middle class, I am not, but I still get treated with the upmost respect. That in and of itself is very hard to find this day and age. Usually you have people wanting you to buy something and if you can’t afford it the no longer treat you as good as they had. Not Jim Norton. They are well aware that I am fixing my credit and they I don’t have a lot of money, but they still treat me just as good as the next guy who is getting a $5000 lift on his truck. I would never take my Camry to anyone else
