Bought my wife a new car from Gabriel. He helped me to find the right vehicle for her. We live out in the woods and our vehicles must be able to handle the rough terrain, rocks,dust and potholes. We finally decided to go with the 4WD 4Runner. So far, we have been pleased with the vehicle.

Had a great experience with the service department!

First of all I was only going to look around the different dealerships to see what was available in a Toyota Camry. I was initially looking for a used Toyota any color, except silver or grey. The first two dealerships only had gray or silver available. That’s when I ended up @ Jim Norton Toyota. The first salesman I met sent me over to the used car lot because apparently I was on the new car lot. When I drove over to the used car, car lot is when I met Mr. Wilford Friday. I let him know what I was looking for and he showed me everything he had available. I had not purchased a new car since, 2011. He was so amazing as far as accommodating all my needs. He had a lot of patience with me and was able to show me everything available and all the features each car had. I actually thought I wanted a red car. After he showed me each new car, 2026 and all their bells and whistles just for a little more with the full warranties, I fell in love with the white Camry Hybrid with sun roof and so many wonderful features! I recommend anyone to work with, Mr Wilford, he is truly an above and beyond, wonderful, knowledgeable salesman and creates such an amazing experience.
