I am from SC and travel more now that I’m retired. I have been to a few different dealerships for service and have been pleased with them all. Jim Norton Toyota is the most impressive one so far. Benjamin was a great salesperson he helped get my vehicle set up after the sell. I locked both keys purse phone every thing in the new car had to call AAA luckily Benjamin had a trick up his sleeve and got me going in no time... INTEREST RATE IS HORRID BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS WITH MY CREDIT.. I HAVE NO WORRIES FOR 5 YEARS AND IM GLAD ABOUT THAT!!! NEVER THINK U CANT GET A NEW CAR BECAUSE OF YOUR CREDIT.. IF U HAVE JOB HISTORY U GONNA GET A CAR.. BUY A CAR FROM SOMEONE WHO IS GONNA TREAT YOU RIGHT AND HAS A NICE WAITING ROOM FOR U TO WAIT IN LOL!! MY CREDIT SCORE IS LESS THAN 650 AND I WALKED OUT WITH A BRANDNEW CAR OFF THE SHOWROOMFLOOR!!! I MAY HAVE TO RESORT TO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES TO MAKE THE PAYMENT.. BUT... My first car was a Ford, the last vehicle I paid off was a Ford SVT Raptor, my grandfather worked at a Ford factory, and I thought this tradition would NEVER change until I met the folks (Kamesha) at Jim Norton Toyota! I now walk outside and look at my 4runner and think to myself, "Damn, that's a sexy beast!" I pace back and forth making sure no one is making eyes at my girl, "She's mine!" I rented a car from Jim Norton. I arrived about 45 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the rental, and they were ready for me. I was out of there with my rental car in less than 5 minutes. That was by far the most efficient rental car process I've ever encountered.

i was previously looking on the we site to buy a new car and the one that had stood out to me was the Toyota Camry TRD 2024!! Benjamin Lineback contacted me and began helping me with the process of finding the vehicle. it is a hard car to come by and he did it! he was able to get me one and i only had to wait 3 weeks for it! he was very respectful, kind, and professional. he responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure that I knew as much as i could about the car! overall I love my brand new car :) and the salesmen and people who helped get everything in order were amazing. Benjamin deserves a raise! yes a very good salesmen.

I had a wonderful experience at the Jim Norton Toyota dealership and especially from the service representative, David Holmes, who was not only very professional but polite and an interesting conversationalist! Routine preventative service and B/G treatments can seem boring but David gave me a reason to continue to come back to the Jim Norton service center. Found a car online and texted the dealer within minutes I was connected with Thomas at the dealership. The online ad didn’t have any pictures, so after providing the VIN#, he texted all the pictures and was super vigilant & efficient with his responses. I told him, I was out of State and that we’d have to come pick up the car once negotiation was over. Communication from beginning to end was very clear which was super appreciated. He made it super easy and positive especially coming from out of state. Super cooperative and responsive! What a huge asset to the Jim Norton Toyota for hiring ppl like him who understand and is in concern of his customers! Thank you Thomas for making a smooth sale! I love my car!
