Jim Norton Toyota took fantastic care of my family when the transaxle in our Highlander failed. The problem was thankfully covered by Toyota as part of a known repair program, but Jim Norton went the extra mile by providing us with a late-model RAV-4 to drive during the 7 weeks it took to receive the replacement transaxle. Stewart and Jeffrey were professional, responsive, and pleasant to work with.

Jim Norton Toyota for the win so far! My amazing salesman Andrew R. Helped me via text message before he evenseen me face to face, I was working and I was transparent about my situation and the help I needed. Granted with my bad equity and not able to have cash on hand Andrew and his manager was able to assist my needs without pressuring me and literally gave me time to find whats fits me best. Sadly I wasn't able to get lower payments buuuuuuut after Andrew helped me with the math on a gas vs electric vehicle and in my current situation I would save money so the payments wouldn't be so much with budgeting. Had a few issues I couldn't figure out thats in progress, and still Andrew contacts me to make sure everything is good if im happy and if I have any concerns, so I am happy with my experience, and also an amazing soul. I definitely recommend asking for Andrew if you need help with your next car purchase 😀. If you do tell Ashante H. Sent ya his way. We gain nothing more than mutual respect 🙏 🫡

I had a great experience with Jim Norton Toyota. Their team was quick, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the process. I especially appreciated the convenience of texting updates, the detailed videos, and the easy-to-review maintenance menu that allowed me to choose or decline recommended services. Leaving happy & smiling from a car repair place is not common. Blake was very nice & welcoming.

Always have found the service department efficient. They communicate well and leave no surprises when settling the bill.
