I’m 78 years old and have owned 40+ automobiles. With that said I have never bought a car from a woman. The experience with Fang Flora' Zhong was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Fang Flora’ Zhong was very knowledgeable about the automobile I purchased. She answered all the questions I had.

After we decided to purchase our new van, we needed access to our paystubs and other documents online—but I had come unprepared without a charger. Francisco personally went out of his way to find and buy one for me on the spot so we could get everything handled without delay. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and even joined my husband for a test drive to ensure everything was perfect. Justin, the manager, also deserves huge credit for overseeing the servicing of our vehicle. He made sure it was fully serviced before sending it home with us and even arranged for additional services that weren’t required—just to ensure it was in the best possible condition. The entire team made us feel like truly valued customers. I would recommend this location 10/10, five stars every time. Exceptional service, genuine care, and a team that truly goes the extra mile!
