They have the largest and best waiting area I have ever seen. Always been happy with them and I think you will be also.

I had taken my Tacoma in to get diagnosed it had a check engine light on. I got the info back from the service advisor Daniel R with the costs for repairs and other recommended services. The part had to be ordered and since it was over the weekend I was given a rental car. My advisor handled everything professionally and in a timely manner and I was also given updates after everything was done during the process. I definitely recommend going here and will be bringing my business here exclusively from now on.

This was my first service experience at Jim Norton Toyota on a used (like new) Camry XSE I bought from them a few months ago. Stewart Cantrell was my advisor and I couldn’t be happier with the attention he gave us and the service performed. The whole process was smooth and efficient.

Hoi went out of his way to work with me and answer all my questions. We lived a couple hours away from the dealership and he provided me photos and detailed information before I made the drive to purchase our car. Ben helped us secure excellent financing and let our toddler play with a car on his desk. Overall a phenomenal experience!

They changed my oil and did a multi-point inspection as I told them. They’ve got a waiting area with a free drink machine that has all kinds of coffees, lattes, and hot chocolate. No issues.
