Josh was great !! Service was excellent! Heater in my car wasn’t working they charged me 99$ to inspect my car found issues wasn’t nothing crazy repaid it in inspection fee. Had a warm drive home also had a few extra repairs done ✅ will come back for future servicing !!

Bought a 2021 Toyota Tacoma Oct 31. Title came with a lien and no lien release. I was told over the phone with the finance dept. that the lien release had been filed I didn’t need the paper. Tag agency said the lien was not released. It has been frustrating not being able to get that release. When your business is vehicles, you need to do better than this. We are unable to file the title until we receive the lien release. Very frustrating to deal with Jim Norton Toyota. Sending a title without a lien release is beyond just a small mistake. Still don’t have this lien release!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Worse experience ever. We cashed out a 2024 4runner for my dad. Brant Gamble was the finance Manager that helped us, but he was no help at all. Brant kept trying to sell us more services that I clearly told him we did not want any extra services. He then said, "even if you don't want them, I still have to go over all the services". Why would you waste time? Guess he has nothing better to do but waste time because he was clearly no help at all though this entire process. Brant later kept telling us he'd send us information to help walk us through the process for wiring money for the car. But he never did. We ended up getting a cashiers check instead. Brant told me that once they get the check we would be able to take the car off the lot. I turned the check in later in the evening, so I assumed the vehicle would be ready the next day. I went in the next day and they said it'll take a few days for the check to go through. Although they told me the process would be quick and car would be ready once they get the check. Each time I called Brant, he'd say he call me back for updates, but never did. I really don't know what this guy does. He told me about how he had to carry rocks or bricks all day? Why do I need to know this information?? I'm trying to get updates on my car. Our salesman was Jacob Cole. Cool dude. Easy to talk to and was informative, but didn't care about us after the vehicle was purchased. After the car was purchased we noticed that whoever put tire shine on the 4runner, got tire shine all around the vehicle. Nothing we do could get the tire shine off the car so now it just has stains that look like dirt all around this white 4runner. I called and spoke with Nick Craddock and he said there's nothing that they could do. Why cant you guys fix a problem you guys caused? why does Toyota not know how to apply tire shine properly?? Nick told me to talk to the salesman that helped us, so I called Jacob Cole. Jacob just told me to go get it detailed. I responded " is Toyota going to pay for it because detailing is not cheap"? I never got a response back. How can you not fix an issue you caused on a BRAND NEW VEHICLE? NEVER going back to Jim Norton. Worse experience ever. So yeah whoever reads this long review go ahead and get yourself a Honda and save yourself the headache because these guys at Jim Norton does not know how to do their job. Edit: You guys give the same copy and paste response to everything. You value your customers and value their honest feedback? You shouldve fixed the problem from the begining. Customers shouldnt have to write a review and go through all this mess just to have an issue you caused to maybe be fixed (which was never fixed at all since their response was for me to go get it detailed myself). Detailing the car wont fix this problem. I've tried to get it cleaned by professionals and theres nothing they can do to clean it off. And whats under review? you guys arent going to do nothing about this! Invited to contact who? Everyone knows, if I call, I would be put on hold and/or never hear anything back. I'd be given the run around until I give up. You guys wont do anything. Never doing business with this location ever! You guys have a very low 4.4 rating for a reason.
